Shipping and Returns

Please note that we can only deliver to the any place in the world.

Orders are dispatched in 24-48hrs and will arrive with you on through email. All orders are sent out through the email. They have vast experience of delivering in time through out the world.

Delivery Charge

Delivery is free for all the orders.

Minimum Order

There is no minimum order level in place.

Delivery Addresses

When you place your order we will ask you for your home address. You have the option to add an additional delivery address. This could be your place of work, or a friends house. We are happy to deliver your order wherever is easiest for you. You also have the ability to add notes to the order. This could be instructions for the delivery driver. (Useful if your house is tricky to find) Or you could specify where to leave your order if you know you are going to be out. IE, behind the gate, or in the garage, etc.

What if I am out when my order is delivered?

When you place your order you can tell us whether you would like us to leave it with a neighbour, leave it safe or even leave it in the shed.

Returns

If your products do not meet your expectations, please contact us by email or use the contact us page, within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for your order to be collected and returned to us. The products MUST be returned in the original packaging. Once your goods are returned to us, we will contact you to arrange either a replacement or refund.

Packaging

Your order will be sent out in a Polystyrene Box containing the original packs. Each product will be separately packed and clearly labelled. The label contains the Product Name, Exact Weight and the Date of Despatch, Order Number, making it ideal for future reference.
